Well day 3 was much easier than day 2, thank goodness.
I began as usual with a hot water with lemon and then a ginger shot.
I was so excited for my breakfast juice as it was more of a smoothie than a juice and featured berries. I just lurve berries, especially blackcurrants in a smoothie. 1 tbsp of mixed seeds – it was practically a meal! I had 1 tsp each of linseeds, hemp and sesame seeds. I dislike the bits in a smoothie so I put them all in a coffee grinder. Which blitzed them easily in to little pieces. I made a double batch so I could share it with Harvey. He had the soya yogurt and I had the live natural. I practically dove in, I felt so hungry. It was absolutely delicious and I loved every drop. During the day I had ‘Green Refresher’. I made a double batch and drank one half at lunch time and the other later. It tasted better then I was expecting. Not as good as the Berry Banana Crunch though. The taste of summer.
