I am so proud of myself today. I managed another fast day. This was my third. I began with a large black coffee.
My strategy today was nothing for breakfast then use all 500 calories in one lunch at pod. I was favouring Thai red curry. However, I was in a meeting in the office at Borough for the afternoon so I went early and met Zoe R. for a wander round the market. Because I was unsure about calculating calories for anything here, I ate nothing. We found this lovely flower stall in the newly opened part of the market. Isn’t that pretty?
Zoe R. had never had a wheatgrass shot before – she has now!
We were given as a free sample a shot of ginger too. It was amazing. Freshly juiced ginger with some apple juice. It was fantastic. These little cups are really tiny.
No time for supper at home as we were heading off on a journey! So I calculated the calories of 3 tangerines and 50 g mixed raw and unsalted nuts.
Popped them in a bag and off we went. Not much for a day’s food but it was enough and rather enjoyable, slowly munching them as we drove along.
