This morning was excellent. It was sunny with bright blue skies, I was working from home so I could enjoy the sunshine and I lost 4 pounds.
This lovely white rose is covering the apple tree and it smells heavenly, especially in the evenings. It smells good on sunny mornings too.
Hot water with lemon. It looks like I caught some sunshine in a glass.
Mid-morning I was supposed to have a green juice but I was too busy with work to make it so I had a little bit of cheese with chives in it and an apple.
I had the juice at lunch time instead which I made with quarter of a pineapple, a handful of chard leaves, 2 apples, a lime, half a cucumber, a stick of celery, half an avocado and a chunk of ginger. Everything except the avocado was juiced and then the avocado was blitzed with the juice in a blender.
I really like this juice and enjoyed every sip.
When I set off to get Harvey I realised I was hungry so I had a bag of peanuts. Not the best choice on a diet but I was at a garage and there was nothing healthy but I was too hungry to have nothing. At least there is no flour in it 🙂
Supper ingredients; chicken breast, asparagus, red cabbage, onion, courgette and red pepper.
Stir fried in coconut oil with minced garlic and sprinkled with Zat’ar for extra yummy flavour.
We had this with a jacket potato.
It was warm enough to eat outside at 7:30pm.
Not sunny in the evening but warm and it always seems to be such a treat to have super outside.
Congratulations on a nice day and a 4 pound weight release. Lunch drink looks really yummy. I would be worried about all the sugar, even if it is natural, making me hungry in about an hour, but still sounded and looked yummy.
