An early start today for me and no time to prepare anything for breakfast first at home, so I bought a pack of apples at the station. I ate them all plus 2 soya milk lattes from Timberyard. For some reason I had a fancy for some noodles today. I was recommended Wok To Walk by some colleagues so I walked over to Leicester Square to check it out.
They mark the vegan options 🙂 You choose the noodles you want, any extras (I had mushrooms, Pak choi and cashew nuts) and a sauce (sweet and sour) then it is stir fried in front of you. Served in a cute box which I took back to the office to eat. It was delicious. Not enough veggies to be classified as healthy but really tasty. I was inspired to create something similar for supper but this time I added loads more veggies and only a few noodles. Seasoned with a green chilli, soy sauce, brown rice vinegar and lime juice it was pretty tasty.
Not enough steps today because my Fitbit ran out of battery and is currently on charge!
