I stuck with it again today. In fact, a small part of me enjoys thinking about what I can have with my calorie allowance for the day. Using the My Fitness Pal app makes it really easy.
Breakfast was 2 apples again – 90 calories.
3 cups of tea with semi-skimmed milk throughout the day – 69 calories
Lunch was courtesy of Pure again. A chicken noodle soup was 200 calories. It tasted good too.
I then had a Hockingly good salad. There were a few too many croutons but this is a great salad. Worth every one of the 391 calories. Supper was 578 calories of complete, total and utter loveliness. 1 very large mango (333 g) in a perfect state of sweet juiciness, 2 frozen bananas and 25 g peanut butter. It had the consistency of a thick custard but the lovely sweet flavour of mango. Awesome.
