Everything I Ate And Drank Today

Everything I consumed today:

Black English Breakfast tea.  I usually add milk but someone had finished the milk and not bought any more!black tea Cambridge mug Another black tea.  Still no milk.Black tea Omelette.omelette 2910-13 Made with 2 eggs, a slice of ham, a huge handful of spinach and another of mushrooms.  Cooked in a little butter.omelette with spinach and mushrooms Mug of instant coffee with …… milk.  Yay!coffee 29-10-13 Glass of water.glass of water Lunch !  Stir fried onions, mushrooms, spring onions and mushrooms, gently cooked in coconut oil.veg in pan 29-10-13 With a very small chicken breast.  Marinated in about a square inch of ginger which I minced in a garlic crusher.  It adds a wonderful flavour.  Stir fried.chicken and ginger Served with a spoonful each of walnuts, hazelnuts and Cholula, a hot pepper sauce.lunch 29-10-13 and Cholulah Deeelicious!lunch 29-10-13English Breakfast tea, with milk.

A cheeky trip to the local pub where I enjoyed 2 white wine spritzers, salted popcorn and a glass of soda water.  Plus the company.  I obviously really enjoyed the company 🙂

I think I will have a mug of herbal tea and head to bed soon.  the winds woke me up very early and kept me awake.

My thoughts are with my neighbours and others, who have to repair damaged property and possessions.  Let’s hope tomorrow is a lot calmer.

About Lose Weight and Gain Health

Hi! My name is Zoe and I live in Hastings, East Sussex, with my son Harvey and dog, Milton. I have been fighting the fat for years but this time I am serious. I want to lose weight and gain health. This blog is about how I am changing my lifestyle so I can lose weight but not by just "being on a diet" but by making small changes to our lives so that as I lose weight, I gain health. I want my family to be healthy too and never have to struggle with their weight like I have. In common with many large people, I have gained and lost weight many times over the years. This time, I want to lose it and maintain a healthy low weight. I am interested in eating food that is nutrient dense and delicious and that appeals to children and adults. I do not eat animal products so follow a vegan diet. I try to use locally produced food supplemented with what I can grow myself. I support and try to use local farmers markets and farm shops. Another objective is to add more exercise to our days. It sounds so simple when I write it down :-)
