Plants, plants and more plants for me at the moment.
Breakfast was more compartmentalised today so looked better when it got to work. Persimmon or sharon fruit. Co Yo and pomegranate. Orange with some home made granola. For lunch I went back to Wholefoods and had another salad from the salad bar. They have really improved the range since last year and the ingredient lists are very helpful as I am trying so hard to avoid dairy. Today’s salad box which was excellent. I also bought some fruit to take home. One of these lovely persimmons. A mangosteen and a pomegranate. When I got home I was really hungry so I had a pear with some grapes and some leftover vegetable chilli and salad for super.
Now I feel very full. All full of plants which is the objective so I am happy with another successful day of eating lots of plants.
