Last night I went back to Slimming World – thank you Vicky for the encouragement. I have lost a lot of weight with Slimming World before and as I am struggling at the moment I thought I would go back. Consequently I have been weighing and measuring some of my food today and reacquainting myself with the simple but important rules.
