3 meals and one snack today, all of which were quick and easy. I worked from home as there was a Tube strike which didn’t effect me directly but the people I work with were unable to get in so stayed home too. What a long day! I started work at 5:30 am and finished just after 10 pm – so much to do.
I did manage a bit of time to check out the veggie patch. It beckoned to me as I stood in my kitchen.
The radishes are beginning to look like radishes!
We have broad beans emerging!
French beans are doing well.
The rhubarb is still not red but it is ….
… flowering! Hurry up and go red as in week 3 I have to quit sugar completely.
Food today was ok. A very cheesey omelette today with ham and tomato for breakfast.
Breakfast kept me going for hours – snacky lunch while I worked on.
Mango and almond snack very late afternoon.
Delicious dinner starring these tasty noodles, made with wholewheat, water and salt. Nothing else and very conveniently packaged plus quick to cook. Definitely getting these again.
One of Harvey’s favourites – prawns.
Cooked with asparagus and spinach.
All stir fried in coconut oil and finally sesame oil and soy sauce.
Really very very very good indeed. Big bonus was it only took about 15 minutes from thinking about it to eating it 🙂
How did you do today?

Not really well. I have this thing for chocolate biscuits lately 😳
