Busy day today. 2 scrambled eggs on a slice of buttered wholemeal bread with oats in it for breakfast.
Busy morning and afternoon working. I didn’t have time to make lunch until 3:30 so I made a smoothie. MMMMMMMMMMM. It was good! Almond milk, 1 tbsp Udo’s oil, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp Tahini and 2 bananas.
I had more time to make dinner. Bown Basmati rice, leftover chicken, cooked with shallots and mushrooms and then a sauce made with chicken stock plus some barely wilted spinach. Delicious.
