    Hi Zoe. Was looking through your recipes trying to find a good simple porridge with chia seeds. Which one would you recommend – I want to feel full for a long time, but reduce sugar. Thanks! Sorry I didn’t ring at the weekend – got back at 4, then took Tilly to the gym, then homework and cooking. I do know, however, that you spoke to Sally so I don’t feel quite so bad! Will try you during the week, but it’s surprising how little time a full time job leaves…back in the real world. gx
