I am so proud of myself today. I managed another fast day. This was my third. I began with a large black coffee.
My strategy today was nothing for breakfast then use all 500 calories in one lunch at pod. I was favouring Thai red curry. However, I was in a meeting in the office at Borough for the afternoon so I went early and met Zoe R. for a wander round the market. Because I was unsure about calculating calories for anything here, I ate nothing. We found this lovely flower stall in the newly opened part of the market. Isn’t that pretty?
