I wish I could say I felt good but I don’t. I feel dreadful. Bloated, gassy and with a headache. Plus I am so tired I can’t believe I stayed awake all day.
Day 1 was a combination of shakes, water, broth, enzymes and probiotic supplements. That’s it. No food
I had most of the shakes with orange or apple juice but I went mad at lunch time and picked a beetroot and chopped up an orange. Crazy!
Whizzed through my juicer (not blender as we can only have juices) it looked rather pretty.
Add 1 tbsp of the psyllium husk and bentonite clay powder
and whisk in to a thick, gloopy, gagtastic shake. Bleurgh.
I also had to drink plenty of water and take regular enzyme supplements.
I might have to go to bed in a minute so my grumpy irritable self can get some sleep!
